Music has the power to take us to a magical realm

If we open up to its meanings, we might enter a space where the struggles of everyday life can undergo a strange alchemy. I love to connect directly with the audience, to improvise as a kind of conversation, exploring deep questions. By allowing the music to appear in the space, answers can appear.

Music doesn't offer solutions but rather a radically altered perspective. As we hear and understand its messages, that come from a place of pure feeling, it can lift us high above the clouds of struggle. Here powerful feelings like courage, grief, joy, longing, trust, helplessness, wonder and pure compassion are released to transform and restore us.

I love to bring live music to audiences of any size. My way of sharing music can make a large venue feel intimate, whilst just a few people in someone's home can feel like a big experience.
